Originally from Central Illinois, Brandon Williams now calls Chicago home, where he’s a driving force on the Strategic Management Solutions team. With two decades of management experience, he’s tackled everything from student housing to scattered residential sites, third-party ventures, and bustling on-site communities.

Known for his knack for finding creative solutions and streamlining operations, Brandon brings an innovative mindset to every challenge. Alon is a seasoned construction professional with a strong foundation in electrical and plumbing trades. After graduating from a technical school in the electrical department, he began his career as a plumbing apprentice, gaining valuable hands-on experience over four years.Alon went on to establish and manage his own construction company, specializing in both residential and commercial projects for 30 years.

During this time, he honed his leadership, project management, and operational skills, successfully overseeing a wide range of construction initiatives.For the past 18 months, Alon has been with Manna Capital, where he manages all construction projects across the country. His role involves overseeing project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery in alignment with company goals.

Alyssa brings over a decade of expertise in business administration and customer service to her role, coupled with a passion for teamwork and growth. She launched her career in property management with the dual mission of streamlining daily operations for her coworkers and contributing to the success and development of her team and company.

Polina graduated with a master’s degree in Finance from Pacific National University and has more than 10 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.

Before joining Strategic Management Polina oversaw the accounting and bookkeeping of the international distribution company Denzel. Before Denzel Polina was involved in budgeting and financial analysis at Guta Group – a large confectionery and investment corporation.
